Brexit and Customs regulations
We are a British business and entirely based in the UK so there is no need to worry about added charges when you purchase (following Brexit) if you are a UK customer.
We import into the UK from our European brands and as such we cover any duty and tax when goods enter the country. Your order is delivered to you from our London warehouses (never direct from our suppliers).
The price you see is therefore the price you pay. All our prices include VAT for the UK.
Product lead times are shown on our website as a rough guide to what is typical. The Covid pandemic and new customs regulations following Brexit can add to delivery times. We will always deliver your order as quickly as possible.
If you purchase for delivery anywhere outside the UK then local import duty and tariffs may apply for which you would be responsible upon delivery.
FREE UK mainland parcel delivery Free!
Free delivery includes all standard courier (parcel) deliveries to UK mainland. No Additional charges to Highlands and islands, we will contact you if applicable. Excludes some heavy, bulky or especially fragile products.
Standard delivery is to the ground floor front door of your building and does not include any assembly or unpacking. We sometimes send some larger items on a pallet.
*We use a ‘Carbon Neutral’ accredited courier service for our deliveries. Most of our packaging materials are recycled.

Standard Delivery days are Monday to Friday.
When a product has been on order for some time we will contact you when it comes into stock to check that you are ready to receive it.
It is your responsibility to check access is possible for goods being delivered. Delivery of larger furniture to more distant and remote areas of the UK will require a shipping quotation. If you are unsure please check with us. If a surcharge applies we will advise you.
Large Item Delivery
This service is required for larger furniture such as sofas, large easy chairs, dining tables, especially heavy items such as marble and other large, awkward or fragile items. Usually includes a delivery appointment day. In London this may include unpacking, assembly and installation in your room of choice. Outside London this will typically be to the ground floor and does not include assembly. Does not include fitting to a wall, assembly of complex items or electrical installations. Please contact us for a quotation if the price is not shown at checkout for your address.
Return & Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
